Setsubun activities
On February 2nd (Sunday), in line with “Setsubun,” we focused on promoting Ehomaki and sets of sashimi blocks and strips for making homemade Ehomaki.

Sushi sales were strong, at 116% compared to last year, and the overall sales of the seafood department were also good at 107%.
It was also positive that we were able to create a situation where the products to be sold were available on the sales floor by coordinating with the staff and strategically managing fresh fish from the day before.
I felt that all the seafood members cooperated and smoothly overcame Setsubun, which deepened our bond.
