We proposed the commercialization of fresh fish at the “FP Corporation Fair 2024″ held at Tokyo Big Sight.
The theme this time is “Focus on processing center fillets for standard fish fillets, and focus on pot products with increased added value in-store.”

While the process center efficiently produces standard fish fillets, at the store we focused on creating products that looked good and had high added value, and proposed an expanded lineup of hot pot products.

When we introduced it to the mass retailers who attended the event, it was very well received.
